Created by local photographer Tim Davis, the extraordinary images in this 2006 calendar are all from the sides of train box cars.

For the artist "ignoring the context of an object allows me to see all that the object offers. The side of a train becomes a lunar view, an ocean sunset, a snowy evening in the city, a fire on the hillside, a landscape from an imagined world."
